Taking some time out for yourself can help restore your equilibrium and help you enjoy everyday life just a little bit more. Choose from my Work It Out invigorating deep tissue muscle detox massages, Drift Away relaxation massage or indulge in a personalised Signature Massage. You have total flexibility to choose the body area you wish me to focus on, with timing options of between 30 and 90 minutes *Please note full body massage minimum times (60 mins for Drift Away & Signature massages and 90 mins for Work It Out)
